Les horaires d'ouvertures varient en fonction des périodes de l'année :
Du 1er avril au 30 septembre : 9h30 - 18h30
Octobre : 10h - 18h
Du 1er novembre au 31 janvier : 10h - 17h
Du 1er février au 31 mars : 10h - 18h
Le zoo est fermé le lundi, sauf lundis fériés et lundis des vacances scolaires de la zone C.
L'accès au parc zoologique n'est plus possible 30 min avant sa fermeture.
